Z Street Speakeasy Band, the Gatsby Band out of Orlando, Florida wants to cheer up their fans during this uncertain time. Mark, Kathy and the band want everyone to stay happy and healthy during the pandemic. Here's a little video made during the quarentine.
The Z Street Speakeasy Band is a Gatsby Band that knows how to swing back to the roaring 20s performing as Florida's premiere Gatsby Band. They've performed on countless stages in Miami, Boca Raton, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and beyond. The band performs vintage Jazz, 20's, 30's and 40's jazz, Sinatra and Swing but unlike many vintage bands, the Z Street Speakeasy Band has the ability to transition into other genres of music.
"We find after a set or two of vintage music, the guests like to expand into more contemporary hits" bandleader Mark says. " If the client want us to change it up into more current hits, we're happy to do that, but if they want us to play vintage music all night, we can do that, too." With both male and female vocalists, horns, and rhythm section, the band is available from 3 to 8 pieces. Fully insured, with State of the Art Sound System, stage lights, and dance floor lighting, vintage zoot suits and flapper gown, the band is known for it's high energy entertainment and musical talent. "This has been a record season for us as well as 2020. The roaring 20's are roaring for us, and we're thrilled."
20s Swing music is alive and well thanks to the Z Street Speakeasy Band, a 20s band from Orlando Florida. The band specializes in authentic vintage music from the 20s, 30s and 40s, including hot Jazz, Swing and Big Band hits. What separates the band from the others is their ability to be able to transition into other styles of more modern music, to pack you dance floor. Unlike other bands that usually have just a female vocalist, this band has both Male and Female vocals, and instrumental songs as well. The Z Street Speakeasy Band has unique ability to be able to play everything from the 1920s to today. Here's a few pictures from a corporate event in Saint Petersburg and Miami.
